I keep having trouble updating my EQ8 when they put out an update. Had trouble with 1.0.3.5 and had to be coached by tech at EQ8--now same deal--although the error message is now saying "Bad MyEQ8 installation path". I don't have time to call EQ until Tues due to work tomorrow, but does anyone know how to get this behaving??

They have excellent help forums on their website, you might check there to see if A) someone else has had that problem, and B) you can post your question at any time and usually someone will have answered it in 24 hours or less.
