Default anyone know about the Free tredle machine

My son has this machine would like to find out information about it. I tried the internet searching Free sewing machine and of course that is what I get ads for free sewing machine please help me

So the treadle would most likely be before they joined forces with Westinghouse, but this site can give you some history and names to search on that might be closer to what you want!

There are some other Free machines, besides the ones that Leon posted. You might try
"free sewing machine company" treadle
as your search term with the quotation marks. I believe Free Sewing Machine Company started about1898.

Hi! I have not posted a reply on someone else's post before, and I dont want to step on anyone's toes. I'm brand new here.
