Does anyone have this? Do you like it? What is the difference between a speed control and a stitch regulator? This looks like a good deal for a machine, etc. for quilting just my own quilts, but I want to make sure it's good. I'd LOVE to have a long arm machine, but this one is much more in my price range !!! :)

    Quiltlady, check this out:

I have personal issues with AllBrands and would never purchase from them, so consider my opinion biased :-) but Ken's offers the whole package for less money (as well as other packages) and with a 3 month lay-a-way option. We've been looking at frame packages lately, and if I decide to go with a Gracie then I'll definitely be buying it from Kens. He sells on E-Bay, but also has a store and site: http://www.kenssewingcenter.com

Juki's are good machines; I am just gravitating towards the Babylock Quest because it has a dual feed foot like the Pfaffs. IIRC, a speed control simply allows the slowing down of the machine speed; a stitch regulator will match the speed of the machine with how fast the machine is moving over the quilt, and is the better option of the two.
