i am so at a loss! know i've b------- before but am just plain disgusted. i simply can't understand the book& thclosest dealer is 45 miles away.my question[prayer ]is that someone in my area has one,& would be willing to give lessons.of course i would be willing to pay for any help!
i live in n.w. in.as close to the il. border as you can get.is there anyone in my area that would be willing to try? the only other hope i have is a viking dealerabout 15 miles,but don't even know if it's a possibility[besides have not had good dealings w/ him before]
hope someone can help me out,& sorry about the whining tone o fthis post.

I think it would be well worth the trip. Make an appt. with the instructor so someone will be there who knows what they are talking about. And also look on youtube for videos.

I have a phaff expression 2048 quilt, what are you having problems with?

Been there and done that . I will tell you that I learn more form people here more than at the dealers. I think they try to give you so much at one tijme and it blows my mind. I least I can ask one question at a time and there has been someone to help me out. So far it is working great for me. I don't have a pfaff or I would help if I could. :roll:

I am on my second Pfaff and have always had classes and/or could go into the shop and work with it and they would help me. You may need to talk to Pfaff. They want their dealers to help you after the sale.

I have a Pfaff too. Its a 2064. what are you needing help with?

I'm so sorry that you are having trouble with such a new and expensive machine. If you search Pfaff dealers, I think there's one somewhat south of Chicago who might be willing to help, maybe Roberts Sewing Center? I agree that a QB member near you with the same machine would be a great resource. Good luck! Hope you get through this to a point that you can love your machine. We all deserve that.

What are you having trouble with dar, I will try to help if I can, I am not great with this machine but I'll give it a try, I have the same machine.
