Here is what I eat most summer mornings for breakfast. I have to eat mostly proteins and this helps with that.
you will need a large mixing bowl, and spoon.
1 regular sized container of sugar-free or fat-free cool whip.
1 regular sized box of sugar free pudding, I prefer lemon or banana, chocolate was not that great!
1 16oz container of SMALL curd cottage cheese, fat-free!
place the cottage cheese in bowl, sprinkle the pudding on top and mix really well then fold in the whipped topping...chill...
serving is 1 cup for regular people, I only get 1/2 cup!
is also good with sugar free jello and drained fruit, makes a salad of sorts...for kids!

If those things are sugar-free, that means that they contain Aspartame which is the same as eating poison for me, I get immediate reaction and it isn't pretty. So, no sugar-free stuff for me. I use Stevia if I want more sweet in things like oatmeal. It is not a chemical, but a natural organic substance.

This is almost a variation on a recipe that my aunt made over 20 years ago. Cottage cheese, mandarin orange slices, crushed pineapple (drained), Cool whip, and orange jello sprinkled over all and mixed until jello has "dissolved" into the mixture. It is a favorite of several of my family members. And when I was too busy to make it for my self, I fixed a mixture for an individual serving from other fruits and flavors of jello. I sprinkled just enough (about a teaspoon or two) of jello to flavor the mix I made up.
