    This is going to be so awesome when it's finished. I love the idea of using batiks for this. Are you pre-washing your fabrics?

    I started with 6 yards of background, and after someone said she had used 15 yards, I went back and got 2 yards more. Still, I wonder if she meant she used 15 yards total of all fabrics combined.
