They have a much loved black kitty who must be represented in this quilt. Smiles. I love sharing my progress with fellow board members. It adds to my fun!!

I know that's going to be a beautiful quilt. The fabric is awesome.

Wow. What pretty blocks. I have the same kitty fabric but haven't used it yet. Looks like it will be a very pretty quilt. Love the birds.

Thank you very much for the info. i did check is out and have seen that pattern but didn't know or remember the name. That would be an awesome way to complete these blocks.

Well, yesterday was an appointment and errand day so the evening was spent hugging my heating pads. LOL Nothing done on the quilt.
Today I am entertaining my friend fibro, but have managed to play in my fabrics enough to pull the pairings for the bird squares. So here they are for you to check out.
As always your comments and thoughts are welcome. My furbaby Jazzy, found the whole process sleep inducing. LOL
Hugs and smiles,

I notice that the green stripe with the robin didn't photograph very true. It is a better match than it appears.

I'm unsure about the blue in the first pairing in the second group. Thoughts on that one? I'm wondering if I should go with a brown to help bring out the birds or a pink to pick up those flowers. I have a brown to help bring out the wrens in the center pairning in the bottom row.
