    I will have to try this now THAT i KNOW WHAT CRUMS ARE AS USUALLY THROW AWAY THE SMALLER SCRAPS THAT i DONT CUT AND PUT AWAY

    I've been doing crumbs for years .. now I can put a name to it! I'll have to get back to it. Now where is that storage box?

    Do you foundation piece the crumb blocks on paper or fabric or just sew them without?

    I would be interested in the exchange, sounds like fun.

    It's great to see so many versions of crumbs. I'll dig out my pictures of crumb quilts I made a few years ago from DD's family's no-longer-used clothes. They love them - DGD took one to college - which is an ENORMOUS compliment.

    Just 3 of the many I have made for Project Linus out of "crumbs" and I totally agree, crumbing is addictive :mrgreen: and as you can see it passes my quilt testers high quality check :thumbup:

    BTW the children love them for playing "I Spy" which is why I add in things like bits of alien, bug or froggy fabrics.
