Hi Irish! I agree, we never finish watching our weight. I have maintained for 2 months now, which pleases me since my eating is less than ideal. The doctor wants me to lose 20 more pounds. Thanks for asking about my knees. I am getting around good, walking a lot, using the elliptical. The pain is manageable.

I'm glad to be back.

Nancia, thanks. Did you ever get to Texas to see Olivia Kate? (read about her on the Boomerang thread). I've never known such a hot, dry, miserable summer. I'm sure she would be worth enduring the record-heat days!

I know I had a ticker a couple of months ago but I removed it because I hadn't lost any weight. I have one on Spark people but how to get it here I haven't a clue. If anyone here happens to see this post please take pity on me and walk me through it. Thanks and God bless.
