This is the top, without borders. Right now it is about 70X80. No two squares are the same....

I would think (by the size given) that each of the blocks is 10" so my guess would be that the center (colored) would be 6x10" and the white on either side 2x10". These are finished sizes so be sure to add 1/2" for cutting. The pattern comes from alternating the direction of the blocks.
