The Pine Creek Crossing throw is done - woohoo! Less than a week from start to finish - I sure hope DH doesn't expect this schedule all the time  It's 72" x 90" - should cover the tootsies just fine.

DH has been promising to finish my table for a while now, but watching me wrestle this particular beast over the 3.5" drop from my machine bed to the table was enough to spur him on - so now my machine (Gertie) has a new home! I was able to free motion the borders using this new setup, and I just love it. It makes it so much easier to maneuver the quilt. We used one of the computer desks from the office set, and he cut the insert out of acrylic he got at Home Depot. A throw for a sewing table...I think I got the better end of that deal

Your throw is gorgeous and I know your hubby is going to love keeping his tootsies warm under it. Gertie looks so happy in her new home, too--way to barter!! You are both winners!
