DH says we are all sick, that it sucks us in & we belong to the screen god. Says I can't live without it. He's right but I would never tell him that. I love my computer, this board & all my dear & near friends. Besides I'm retired, I don't have to get up in the morning if I don't want to & I can do what I please.

I used to spend a lot more time here than I do now. I have been so busy lately that I am only able to pop in and spend maybe 15-20 minutes a day.

I am so addicted to this quilting board site. I love reading all of the messages and looking at the cool quilts. I learn something new every day.

The short answer for me is WAY TOO MUCH time. But I love every minute of it but it does cut into my actual quilting time.

While at my DS and DIL last month and enjoying wireless internet, they declared I was addicted. I can't help it and like quilting there is no 12 step program lol

WAY too much, but I love it. I've looked around the Internet
for others, but most I've found are not as easy to get around
on, so have settled happily with this one.

And yes, I also log on more than once a day, just to get every
bit of what is here, then wait hungrily for next day's fix. Almost
addictive..well, maybe not. I don't actually HAVE to buy all the
material I see, just to try all the quilts I see here, but the very
strong urge is there.

Let's put it this way...If I spent half as much time at my sewing machine as I do at my computer reading all of the posts here I'd have finished all of my UFOs and tote bags that I have in progress. But then I'd have to go and spend more money and buy more fabric and I'd probably start by searching online and then I'd end up here anyway. In other words I think it's inevitable!!!

Way too much. I get on when I get to work, Mon-Fri and check what's new, do whatever work I need to do and check back several times during the day. I'm retiring in June and DD is taking over my job plus hers, so I'm having her do most of my work while I watch and make sure she does it right. She is young and very quick so I'm sure she can handle it, I was about her age when I started and did all the work, same as she will be doing. It was much easier when I was younger, than now. I sometimes check in after I finish sewing for the night and usually stay up late Fri.,Sat.& Sun. nights, instead of sleeping. So, I am addicted. I forget to log off so, I appear to be on lots more than I actually am.
