    The first recipe on the second site (oldfashionedliving) is the closest to the one I make. Without looking mine up, I would say it IS the same as mine.
    Yum Yum and makes a great gift in a jar for Christmas.

    Friendship Tea

    1 cup instant tea
    2 cups dry Tang
    3 cups sugar
    1/2 cup red hots
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp cloves
    1/2 - (8 oz) pkg dry lemonade mix

    Mix dry ingredients. Store in air tight container. To make tea add 1 to 2
    teaspoons to 1 cup of hot water.

    Russian Tea

    2 cups Tang
    1/2 cup instant Country Time Lemonade Mix
    1/2 cup instant tea (unsweetened)
    2 tsp. ground cloves
    4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 - 2 ounce pkgs of cinnamon red hots

    Combine all ingredients. Add mixture by the teaspoon to hot water to taste.
    Yummy in the winter time.

    DEBBIE'S THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

    FRIENDSHIP TEA MIX

    1 (18 oz)orange-flavored instant breakfast drink
    1 cup sugar
    ½ cup pre-sweetened lemonade mix
    ½ cup instant tea
    1 (3 oz) pkg apricot-flavored gelatin
    1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
    ½ tsp ground cloves

    Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well.
    Store mix in an airtight container.

    To serve: Place 1 ½ tsp mix in a cup. Add 1 cup boiling
    water. Stir well.

    For my son and his wife's bridal shower a few years back the bride's mom and myself put together, coffee, tea and cocoa mixes in canning jars for each of our guests. We made friendship tea, flavored coffees and cocoa. Everyone enjoyed the gift. We decorated the lid under the ring with fabric and I stamped s saying and the directions and attached to each jar. Our friends and family loved it.
