New Guild forming in Savannah, Tennessee

Just a quick announcement about a guild forming in Savannah, Tennessee. They will be meeting at the library on June 17, Welch Room (?) at 10 AM. She had a notice on Channel 6.
Anyone interested can contact me and I will try and keep everyone posted. PM me or respond to topic.

The meeting was great. I met new friends and learned new things. Of course everyone wrote down www.quiltingboard.com ! Lori, wasn't our oldest person 92? I can only dream of being that young when I am 92. (Maybe she said 90?).
Our next gathering is July 1, 2010 at Hardin County Public Library in the Welch room. (1365 Pickwick street. Savannah, Tennessee 38372).

Yes, the meeting was great...lots of new quilting friends. By the way, it felt good not being the oldest person in a group...I am 84 and was pleased to see somone older than me be so active too.

Hope some of you Tennessee folks can join us on the 1st.
