    Hi Everyone -

This is a picture of a quilt top I made that is MISSING.
It disappeared from the Dutch Rose Quilt Shop in Sioux Falls, SD approximately March of 2008. This is a top only - not quilted and is about 36 inches square. It is made of batiks. I had it in the store to try and find a back for it and laid it on a table.

If anyone sees this, please send me a private message.

This was one of my favorites, I can't replicate it and I'd love to have it back.
    Thank you,
    Roberta

How awful!!! And I thought quilters were honest people! I guess not all of them are. What a shame, I certainly hope you find it.

Sure hope you get it back.

Good think you had enough sense to take a photo of it while you still had it.

You must be sick about this! I would be. The quilt is beautiful. Hopefully it will turn up.

I found two sites for lost/stolen quilts. You might want to post pictures there.

    http://www.theappliquesociety.org/lost-quilts/

    http://www.softexpressions.com/galle...olenquilt.html

Hope it's OK to post these links.

That's really sad. I'm so sorry for you. Hard to believe but that happens everywhere I guess..........
I've seen websites that featured lost quilts and some have been recovered. Hope it works out for you.

Just had another idea. Does your quilt shop have a list of long arm quilters? If so, maybe you could contact them to be on the lookout. Also check into posting pictures in the shop where it came up missing as well as other shops around town.
