YUMMMMMOOOOOOOOOOOO I don't have any bananas but I do have frozen blueberries. I will us a tsp of sugar instead of the stevia. I wonder how many tsp of sugar does 1 packet of stevia equal? This sounds like a good lunch with cottage cheese in it. I am having oatmeal for breakfast and was trying to plan my meals for the day. I don't eat meat on Fridays EVER and this will do the trick for lunch.

I make dill bread that has cottage cheese in it and you would never know there was cottage cheese in that.

    Thanks Leota.

Just thinking here, cottage cheese and any kind of frozen fruit would be good. I make my smoothie a little different. ( Not diet food) I put a banana, heaping spoonful of peanut butter, spoonful of sugar, a cup of milk and a cup or so of ice into a blender and blend until the ice all chopped smooth. It comes out like a milk shake. Grandkids love it too, and sometimes for them I add some choc. syrup.

    Breakfast:

    chopped apple and cinnamon
    Oatmeal
    spoonful of flax seed ground
    1/2 cup of cottage cheese
2 walnuts or other nut and dried cranberries

Blend all together, the cottage cheese taste a little like butter to me and I am full until about 1 p.m.

I make mine with frozen strawberries and will have to try the banana also. If you use a frozen milk cube it will be more like ice cream, yummy! Also have made using some canned pumpkin that has been flavored with spices.
