    Ingredients:

    1 pkg. Oreo cookies
    1 pkg. cream cheese block
4 oz. white chocolate almond bark

    Directions:
    1
Add oreos to food processor and blend until fine.
    2
Add cream cheese to oreo crumbs and blend until dough-like.
    3
Chill mixture for 15 minutes then roll into bite-size balls. Chill balls for 15 minutes.
    4
Melt almond bark in microwave according to package directions. Dip chilled oreo balls in melted chocolate using fork so chocolate can "drip off". Set covered cookie balls onto waxed paper and let set aprox. 30 minutes. If using sprinkles or decorative sugars do so before chocolate sets. I usually do a dozen at a time sprinkling after each dozen.

I'll include a few tips for these. The almond bark will melt better and not clump if you stir after every 30 seconds in the microwave until thoroughly melted. You might want to add a touch of parafin to the chocolate so it'll melt in your mouth and not in your hands! If cream cheese isn't cared much for, you can always substitute canned frosting or make your own. Also, if you add oil of peppermint to the chocolate, you will get a similarity to the Girl Scout's thin mint cookie! Have fun experimenting!

p.s. I forgot a few things. Have the cream cheese at room temperature so it'll blend better with the cookies. Also, they will freeze well, however, they will last a very long time just refrigerated! If they are refrigerated, leave them out 15 min. for best taste results. It's best if they are refrigerated at all times.

Enjoy!! You will love this recipe!!

    :D :D

p.p.s. I forgot one more thing! Wal-Mart's brand of Oreos work just as well in this recipe and it's 1/2 the price of Oreos!

p.p.p.s. This one is for you CarrieAnne and Craftybear!!
