1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teas. baking soda
1 vanilla
2 cups crushed potato chips
1 6 oz. bag white chocolate chips

Pre heat oven 350 deg. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well.
Mix flour with soda and add gradually with vanilla and potato chips. Stir in chocolat chips. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes until slightly brown around the edges. Sometimes I will use milk chocolate chips.

Maybe I am not reading this right, but it says 1 vanilla. One what? I'm thinking it is 1 tsp. I am interested in making these. They sound delicious.
