    Yes - That is one drawback to this method, but I found very little distortion when sewing the blocks together. I guess the "sashing" helps to stablize it. I just pressed the pieces, not ironed and they seem to block into square quite easily

    It always amazes me how clever the quilters on this board are, and how generous they are with their time and help.

    I would have looked at that block totally different, but what a clever and easy way to do this. Thanks for sharing!
