    Thank you so much. For me it is SO timely. I struggled last night to calculate the width needed, but was afraid to cut until I looked at it again with "fresh eyes" this morning. I see my mistake!! Thank you.

    -first in PDF format, but it was a huge file
    -next in MSWord 2007
    -next in an early version of MSWord

    Thanks. I could (and did) open all your posts. My DH (math whiz) figured this out for me many years ago when I made his 50th wedding anniversary quilt, but I didn't remember how he did it.
    For those who want this and can't open the files, send your email address to the author (PM) and she can copy, and paste directly into an email message. :)
