Wow, ok I understand the 4-patch now. Had to see a picture first.
I went to an LQS a ways from me this week and she had never heard of the 4-patch one. Now I will send her this link and I am sure next time I go in, there will be a sample quilt hanging.

I have some 10 inch Layer Cake squares that I think I will try this technique with.

Thank you for the tutorial, you all did a great job of showing us how....................
