I don't understand- you make the border separately- like a frame, with all the corners?

How do you attach it to the quilt?

I do all the cutting prior to adding them to the border one at a time. I put a tutorial on a couple topics ago. I think the lady who made a comment just before yours, added the webpage to her comment. If not, I'll post that part again.
