flying geese on seam blocks

I had seen this OSFG quite a while ago & plan to do a quilt with it, but hadn't thought of the possibilities. I love the new application to squares, & with the folded concept...you can make your square in a square any size, even floating. Great!!!

I have used this method and the flying geese come out perfect every time. The judges in a quilt show I entered remarked on how it gave the quilt another dimension since the edges of the flying geese block are not sewn down.
