I need help identifying this quilt.

It is Trip Around The World in block format. Bonnie Hunter has a free pattern for Scrappy Trips on her quiltville site.

I believe it's called Granny's Square. Here a link to the free pattern by M*. Google it and you will see lots of examples and patterns available.

Looks like a pattern called Granny Squares or Album blocks
