The thread that Terri was calling floss is a thread for "Sashiko"
I am making some another coasters with my kimono scraps. It was way easy and fast when I tried it by machine.
Did you bind up the triangle flips?? Terri

Cool and looks pretty easy. I bet the 1st one is kinda fiddley, but after that...should go pretty quickly! Thanks for sharing. I think I'll print out the written directions...yeah sure...as if.... :roll: :lol: :lol:

Did you bind up the triangle flips?? Terri
Bind up the flaps? I'm not understanding.
I sewed one to the inside, and the other to the outside.

so, you sewed the flips by hand or did you figure out any other easier way ??
