Thanks, I prefer the pdf version. So much easier to print.

The "Download" worked fine for me .... and I made a print of it. Really neat .... I have a border to do on a project and going to use this method, for sure. Thanks for posting it. :thumbup:

OK to copy, print and share with anyone you want.....I have another no template block on the sewing desk getting fine tuned....this is just fun for me.

I don't know, math is not my strong point. you will just have to find a math person to figure it out or just dive into your scrap bin and expiriment....the ratio is I think 1.25 to one....so an 8" starter square would I believe come out to a 5"x10" goose....anyway it is a place to start.

I've been looking at this pattern to try for my brother a lap rug for his wheel-chair. This one looks like it would be a whole lot easier than any of the other ones. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much! I can really see the possibilities of this method, and its advantages for those of us who don't always manage to sew a perfect 1/4 " seam. Your method is not wasteful, is flexible and forgiving... all really important!
