Heavy is ok because it makes for a sturdy box, I like the heavy one better for that reason. |
Pal, these boxes are very easy to make. I downloaded the instructions at the beginning of this thread and its a sinch. Try it you will be amazed.

Beautiful sewing box. maybe someday I will make one.

Started mine today, cut the top fabric wrong and need to more, for the elastic and pockets, so if I have to add a thrird fabric I will. Not a project I should have done in front of the TV:)
Glue is drying so I am finished for today. |

Brush...it shouldn't be a problem....a third fabric will actually look nice! I do know what you mean about working in front of the tube though....I did all my sides...sideways.... :oops:
