oh my gosh! are you serious?! i have never thought of this! i must give it a try---first i need to get a binding on. I am sure i can find at least one to do. :)

amma, I've been using baste glue forever that I got at the quilt shop but running out one day I used Elmer' school glue and the tip off the baste glue and it works fine. Sure saves all the pinning.

Thankyou sandpat. I have never thought og using a decorative stitch on a binding. I'll have to try that

Here is the package of tips that fit Elmer's bottles that I found in my local Walmart. They can also be found at JoAnn's, Michaels, and other craft shops. They are sold with the little bottles of acrylic craft paints.

There are 2 of the plastic tips that screw onto the bottle and 3 different sized metal ones
