I really like this! Will bookmark it for future reference. Thanks for the clear instructions. I don't think you even needed English to show us how! Thanks again.

Hello Sue.

I just sent out a general message that I thought you might see but now realize I need to send it directly to you.
I loved Roolen's turorial on the Hunters Star and wanted to bookmark it but don't know how. I went to my bookmarks but I don't think anything happened because I don't know how to bookmark.
Can you help.

Ann,
as I know, for making a bookmark is enough to click the button "bookmark" on this page under heading "Quilting Forum -> Tutorials". Then click "save". Such button is on every page in every topics of this forum.

A wonderful tutorial and beautifully done for such a difficult block. Thank you for sharing.

wichypoo 06-23-2010 06:45 AM

Roolen, I saw the Hunter's Star at a quilting show and said to myself I am not advance enough to do this. After seeing your tutorial I think I can. Thank you so much.
Karen

Your blocks are beautiful!

Slow2Sew 06-23-2010 06:50 AM

Ann,
There is a "Bookmark" button at the top of the page under the "Quilting Forum" heading. Just click "Bookmark", select whether or not you want to save it as a public bookmark, then click save.
With that being said, I'm having trouble posting new messages. I go to the "Main" section on the topics page and click "Create New Topic", but it never appears on the main message board that we get through emails. This is embarassing to admit, but Could someone please give me what I'm sure are the very simple directions to post new messages?

Ilovemydogs 06-23-2010 11:31 AM

Very nice! Thanks for the info. I have been wanting to try this block!

heidikins 06-23-2010 01:43 PM

Thank you so much Roolen for these great directions and tutorial. This is a block I have wanted to try for a long time but was too shy to deal with the diamonds. Now I won't have to! Heidi

bjdemir 06-23-2010 02:42 PM

Roolen, great job on the tutorial. and I love your colors. Go to try it.

bjdemir 06-23-2010 02:44 PM

Hey, everyone, I went to the bottom of the page and clicked on tutorials, and now this tute is on that pages. It should be near the top. I hope these stay on for a long time and I want to try it.

jojo47 06-23-2010 09:08 PM

roolen 06-24-2010 03:24 AM

Thank you for all your comments!

Delilah 06-24-2010 01:41 PM

Thank you for this tutorial. This is the easiest way to make this block of any method I have seen. Have wanted to make the Hunter's Star but have been put off by the other methods and patterns. (And your English is certainly better than my Russian!!)

quilthappygail 06-24-2010 10:42 PM

Thanks so much for your instructions. So easy to understand.
You have such lovely quilts. I have this on my wish list for a future project.

MISHNJIM 06-25-2010 04:31 PM

quiltbible 07-01-2010 07:20 PM
