Never done striped pieced quilting, you make this look so easy, that I believe I can do this. Its a great tute. I will try thie QAYG. Thanks again.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! This worked out wonderful for my fist full sized quilt. I was worried about how to quilt it on my little machine and this made it so easy. :-P

Julie, you did great. I especially like how you even did the matching direction of plaid on the back! Great job. I should use this method more often, too!

How did you piece the very top of the heart, and the very bottom? Those 2 squares are a mystery to me. Top row, piece #3, and bottom row, piece #3. Thanks

Top row, I pieced the beige and red Quarter Square triangle sections first, then sewed the long centre red strip over the raw edges and so on outwards to the corner. In the bottom row piece 3 I pieced the red section first, leaving the ends slightly longer then covered them with the longest beige pieces on the diagonal and worked my way out to the corners. Hope that's clear. :-D
