Great Tute Kathyrn! I see now exactly how you did it...I'm like you though, I don't see why the glue wouldn't work well too. Its a cool way to do a quilt...I'm just gonna have to give it a try...hmmmm...maybe my next doll quilt victim..oops..I mean partner

BTW...like your ironing board cover and I love your little pin cushion..did you make it?

That is such a beautiful wall hanging, I may have to make one. Thank you for the tute!

Thanks so much for posting this method. I'm dying to try this out so I have something to do while waiting for Dr.'s appointments, etc.

K3n: You are a great "tutorialist." One would never believe it was your first try. You make the "quilt as you go" look quite simple. Thanks for all of your time in putting the instructions on the Board.

Wonderful job on both the tutorial and the wallhanging. You've taken a technique I've been afraid to try and turned it into a project I can't wait to start on! (I would have never thought to use the steam-a-stitch for the back) Thanx so much for taking the time to do this. I'm sure I won't be the only one digging for scraps this afternoon.

Beautiful!!! Your tute is perfect, totally understandable.
I'm doing a t-shirt quilt and trying to figure out how to do sashing. I think this is the best idea. Just have to decide on which side I want the sasing sewing to show.
Thanks again.
