Very nice. The best I have seen. I know that this may sound dumb. Am I seeing right did you use black thread for the top SID and white thread for the bobbin? Thank you so much for sharing. BrendaK

Thank you! Yes I did - black in the bobbin and cream in the back.

I have bookmarked this tutorial because I just have to do it! Stitch in the ditch was always so confusing but thanks to your tutorial it's something that I will try now!

I just found this now and I want to thank you for explaining that so carefully. I have read many explantions of how this is supposed to work but I never "got it" before.

I have done 8 blocks ...now how do I put the blocks together and add a binding.
They seems to be a lot of bulk. Am I missing the finishing instructions.

The instructions for joining the blocks are on page 3. You shouldn't have excess bulk - are your blocks butting up? They should be - NOT overlapping.
Show me pics of what you've done if you're not sure - perhaps I can help more.
