Great idea. I can just make 12 inch blocks at my own leisure and piece together a quilt.Great way to use all those scrapes I am saving.Thanks for the great idea!!!

Getting ready to sandwich a brown potholder. I am using a failed checkerboard for the back, batt trimmings for the pieced top and 2 layers to go in the sandwich and a strip of gingham for the binding. The gingham is a fabric that no matter how carefully I cut it, it just won't run straight. It has been in my stash for forever for that reason. I am loving my Bernina rulers and ruler foot. This design was one I practiced my back tracking on [ATTACH=CONFIG]568052[/ATTACH] nd the ruler really works well.
