These are so much fun to make. I have made several. I only wish that Kleenex still made the purse pack size, because they fit perfectly into this little carrier plus pulled from the middle. Now I can only find the folded kind (not Kleenex), which still go into the carrier, but not nearly as well as the Kleenex did.

I made these last night while listening/watching a NCAA game.
Will be making more for our guild's sale booth at the quilt show. You can see where I cut the outside too short, so the lining got cut longer to compensate. It worked!

This is such a great idea I'm going to make some for my craft guild this Saturday

katsewnsew 03-17-2011 07:27 AM

I saw this a few days ago, so easy! I made them to go with the purses and totes I make, using the scraps so they match the bag. I am going to try to put a piece of batting on the larger piece, practice my stippling, and make a little "puffier" version of the tissue holder today. Thanks, feffertim for the nice tute!

I found mine at Walmart in the travel-size samples in the Health/Beauty department - 3 in a pack for .94 and they were Kleenex brand.

Heather, below the reply box it says file attachments on 3 lines. click the choose file button and it will bring up a box to choose your photo from the folder it is stored in on your computer. click the name of the picture and it will attach itself to this box. do not hit preview your reply or it will lose your picture, just hit send. You can always make any additions or edits to your message after its been posted. you may attach up to three photos to a reply. Good luck!
can't wait to see!
