Sharon, I'm still plugging along with JJ. Didn't touch her all weekend, though. I need to finish that blasted Crown Royal quilt. It is so boring that I'm having to force myself to work on it and force myself to resist the urge to do ANYTHING else but work on it!

I probably would be in the over-achiever group if not for these 2 quilts. I have done a bit of prep work on AOTH, though. I am gonna do something with fabric on AOTH after I get the booze quilt done!!!!

Sharon...no worries..it will get done sometime! I haven't touched my Jane in a few days and actually I think I needed a couple of days break from it. Its ugly outside today though, so I hope to get some QITD done on her.

*PPPlhhhhhgjthgtj- blowing you a raspberry* I don't want to wait! You know I'm not a patient person!!

Hate that you have to drag out the older heavier girl, but maybe she will enjoy working on the quilt with you too. I really do hope you can get your machine fixed quickly.

Ha ha Patti and a raspberry back to you gal. love it.

I got my big heavy machine down, and its going great guns, so thats a big worry off my shoulders thought I was going to have to pay out yet more pennies (having just bought some new pieces for the house it was not on the menu) So will wait a while before I put it in. He normally takes a few weeks so no worries as long as this machine is working I am happy.

    Oh, ok...good for you.

I started doing the QITD today but didn't make much headway. It seems that everytime I tried to get going something else would happen and I'd have to stop..take care of whatever, then come back. I think I sewed 5 vertical runs is all. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Really? What was our first clue? Are you sure you and Lesley aren't sisters? I can't get over how much she gets done is such a short period of time. And you're no slouch, either. So is Elle - speedy, that is. I seem to slug along like a snail.

I belong to their group, and so far, I don't think anyone has finished, though they are beginning to talk about how to quilt, and whether they will try it the way I did it. Klue was very ill earlier, and had to have a barrage of tests. I'll ask next time I am on there, and see how she is.

Ha ha, I thought we might be sisters too - there seemed to be quite a lot of things we had in common, and we like similar things, colours etc. But no, short of us both being adopted without out respective parents telling us, I think perhaps we aren't sisters. But I do agree with you about not being very patient. My mother in law always said that if I could have had six month pregnancies, I would have, and I would still have been ready! It darn nearly killed me to go over my due date both times!

LOL!! You guys! Well, I think we can be sisters if we say so...maybe not blood sisters, but all other ways..so..:D: OK, I'll admit I'm very much a "do it right now and git 'er done" kind of gal. I know it drives DH crazy (which makes it all the more fun )
