I posted a thread on the scallops and binding. I added it to the virtual section, so when you get ready for it...I was very nervous about doing that part. Yippee...another learning experience right??!!

How is everyone doing on their quilt, y'all are a bit quiet.

Cīmon if you need a nudge this is the place to get it. Fess up what you all doing at this moment.

Best I fess up as well. So far I have quilted in the ditch so that the backing is attached to everything I am on row 3 of 13. Someone give me a swift kick please. I still have to do my border though and scallops.

Elle, it's 5:30am & I'm downing my 1st cup of coffee alone, not sitting 'round Lesley's table. Sigh!

Edit: Got coffee - nw can think. Elle, you're not very far from being right where Patti is right now!!! Only a little bit of quilting & then the borders & binding. You're not in a shabby position at all!

Jan, you quilt WILL be as spectacular! Thank you though. Elle...you need to get busy on that border girl! Do it during the day and quilt the SITD at night so that when you are ready to attach the border QAYG method that you will use on AOTH on this one to attach the border?

Oh my goodness why so early on a Sunday morning. Yep I am missing Lesley too. True I am not very far behind, I am trying to keep motivated on it at the moment, so near and yet so far is in my mind.

I am going to do that as well Patti the idea of QID at night and doing the border during the day , but waiting for some stocks to arrive for the border so chomping along doing this now. It would take the boredom out of it though if I sewed the border during the day. Just going to check yours out to see how many scallops I need, thanks for finishing up in front of me it does help ya know.

Well, I got a message saying that the board moved my thread on the scallops from the Block of the week section (where all the Jane threads are located) to the tute section. Hopefully it won't be a problem since it IS still listed in the virtual section...but geesh!

Yeah Elle, I know what you mean...I peppered Lesley with a million questions as she finished before me. It would be sooo hard to have to figure this all out by yourself!
