I worked on my border all day. And by all day I mean I must have put in 12-13 hours. Took as much time to find fabric and cut my strips as it did to sew. Super fun day but my back is tired.
What do you do with the corners on a piano key border? This is my first one.

It's been a busy week, but all good. My quilt is getting its stars and so far, so good. That's because I've only got one block done. So, if I'm retired, why is there so much to do?
Jolo, glad the square arrived. Rather plain, but hope it will fit in somewhere. It was fun doing it!
mfay and wave watcher...the military does day first, month, then year. My husband does that all the time and sometimes has difficulty at the drs. office or wherever. They just aren't used to it.

Jolo, do you think that the lady who comes in and cleans for you had something to do with your lost quilts? Just curious.

Pam H how about a sunbeam unit? If I did this right this is the Deb Tucker ruler for the unit just to show you what I mean. http://www.studio180design.net/shop/product/DT12/

Instead of going back though all the messages, would someone please give me the link to the friendship block for Jolo?
