Try long stitches to check to see if its right, then sew over with the short stitches. This little block was pretty challenging I thought, but you'll get it!
Suzi Q I found that that worked quite well,,, if you needed to take out any stitches it was much easier!! Good tip to have passed on.
    Thanks...it did help.

I worked on the Church BOM, and have it about 1/2 done with a lot of help from one of my fellow quilter. Boy that is pretty tiring, I hope that all the houses are not PP, that is just to much for me.

I am glad to hear that your block is half done. YEAH for you!! I have no idea how many blocks will be paper pieced, but please don't give up, as it gets easier as you do more. I learned last year & now it's my favorite way to make block's!!

I have a question. When a picture is posted does it come to this site or does it go somewhere else? I ask because I see the pictures posted here but not some that are talked about.

I am confused about it too. I don't understand why there are two forums. Pictures seem to be posted on both. I think next month there should only be one forum for posting pics and comments for the blocks if that is possible? I think I miss seeing some blocks

One forum for instructions, discussions and pictures sounds good to me too. We seem to make lots of comments on the pictures as they're posted anyway.

Here's where you can find the link to both the pattern and the pictures. Glad you're joining with us. It's been a lot of fun so far.
