Yep, and not being able to find the classroom. Wonder why we do this.

not long ago i had a dream about being back in high school (been out for 45 years, now), and was in the crowd of kids trying to get to their lockers in time. sure enough, i remembered my locker number (425), and even recalled the combination. it stuck with me when i woke up. funny thing is that it had to have "been there" for many years, without my realizing it, because it is extremely close to the locker combination i chose when i started to work where i am, now. the locks had the combos on them on a tag, and the one i have just pulled my eyes, and "made" me take it. it's only a couple of digits off form the one i had back then.

Same here. Such an awkward time of my life. Would never go back, never dream about it, never attend any of the reunions. I have better things to do, like quilt!

I do this all the time. Sometimes it's time to take finals and I realize that I haven't been to class all semester, sometimes don't even know which classroom I should be in. Frequently can't find my locker. I hate this kind of dream, you get no rest.
DH and I both have these dreams and often marvel over having them! Mine don't usually involve a locker, but lots of times in the dream it's finals week or late in the semester (too late to drop) and I realize that I haven't been to one or all of my classes, no time to make up, and often I have to find the administration office because I can't even remember what rooms my classes are in. He has the same dreams.

My dream is that it is finals week and I didn't attend any of the classes but had to go to finals anyhow. When I get there, I wander all over the school, which is usually a combination of my junior high school building and my high school building, and can't find the right rooms.

I also have recurring dreams about working in an office building. Different jobs, but same building. Usually in the winter and I have to take a bus to get home in slushy snow. I'm SO glad that that's not a reality! I can sit here comfortably in the heat of the desert and NOT have to go to work outside of my home at all! :D

I've done that, too and like Owllady I've been out of school for 50 years. Strange dreams
