Default Hope you all had a good day!

It's been good for me. I finished putting borders on the second quilt I'm working on. Does anybody else work on more than one quilt at a time? I like to have two in different stages. This year I'm trying to get my UFO's finished. Then Hubby generously bought me two 72 x 30 folding tables so I could baste them without crawling all over the floor. They will arrive some time Thursday. I can't believe how excited I am...
I'm so tired and my hands hurt but I love having a day devoted to nothing besides working on my quilts. So I hope you all had the best day you could! Sleep well!

Glad to hear what a good day you had and have something wonderful to look forward to. I'm visiting DD and family, so spending some happy times with DGD! No quilting at the moment, but her 2nd birthday is tomorrow, so she will get an I-Spy quilt from Mimi and Grandpa.

Since I am making donation quilts I have five quilts going at once. I use to totally finish one quilt before starting another. I changed and sometimes have six to quilt and finishing up at once. I always get them done as storing UFOs is not good for me.

Sometimes I take my quilts to church, which I have access to, and lay them out on the large tables. Can't get up and down anymore off that floor!

I have had a very good and blessed day. I finished a queen size quilt to give to a a children's hunt club to be auctioned off for a fund raiser next month. It is a attic window made from a dear panel. It turned out well. They do a lot with children such as fishing and hunting the safe way. I hope this will be helpful for them.
