I took the kids to school, dropped off the two older girls and was walking out with my little guy....who by the way is gagging me from the overpowering smell of the Axe body spray he put on this morning trying to smell like dad(if he walked away, all I would have to do is follow the smell...lol). So I get outside and I hear the spongebob theme song...My little guy yells out "I hear Bob bob!"
Lol..of course, it's my van...I left it running and didn't realize how much the sound carried with the windows opened. I know I'm not the only mom that drives around listening to Spongebob in a minivan!!!! Seriously, I only do it for the kids. :)
I'm so glad to be home and giving that kid a bath again!!!

You made me laugh. My son uses Axe and the bathroom smells for hours after he has been there. I had never heard of Sponge Bob til my DGD moved in with me a few years back. Now I find myself humming the theme song at work. Sigh.

I do like the smell of Axe...BUT....not when it's really strong. He had it on so strong that it was gagging me to be next to him....lol.

That reminds me of when I was growing up. My cousin would use Right Guard deoderant as an air freshener in his room when he had friends over (gas fest..)

That is a funny story and one, unfortunately, that I can relate to. My DGS was over this weekend and left out some of his stuff when he left. I didn't realize it until my 2 year old DGD found his cologne. Yep, overpowdered the house. We had to open the doors and could still smell it. Kids grow up, but they do reproduce, lol.

I can always tell when my son is going out with a girl, it isn't just the aroma(?), but i can follow the fog that surrounds him as he struts out the door. I like the fact that he is aware of cleanliness and hygeine and does a great job. He has become quite the clothes horse. hyperttula 123, wait till that phase starts.

lol...how well I remember! Then there are the towels once they hit "that" age. 2 in the morning, 2 after school/sports and 2 before bed. Could never use the same one on the hair and heaven forbid, they use the same towels in one day...lol
