Default Making Pillowcases (Relating to Flange/Trim Strip)

There was a thread about the trim strip on pillowcases. I've used ribbon or braid successfully in the past and just noticed the fabric.com has a lot of ribbons (especially Disney related) on sale now 50% off if anyone is interested. https://www.fabric.com/sales.aspx?di...DMyMQS2&page=2

do you wash your ribbons first? I just added some to the hem of some 3/4 length pants and wondered if it will shrink on me.

Thank you for the tip of using ribbons. I quit doing the accent strip because of how thick that seam would be doing french seams.

I quit doing the accent strip because it always needed to be ironed after washing.
