I just wanted to send a huge THANK YOU to all of you who have so generously responded to my questions since I joined a couple of months ago. Being a new quilter has its challenges; I cannot express how much it has meant to me to have been welcomed by such a wonderful and knowledgeable group. I am always amazed at the warmth and caring that comes through in your posts. Furthermore, it is so much fun just to log on and read previous posts. There is always something to pique my interest even if I don't have any particular question. I learn something new every time and I am sew happy I dropped by! I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year!

I always think of all the people on here as my extended close friend network and love that I get to spend each day talking to everyone and learning as well as I've only been quilting about 2 yrs myself so big learning curve for me but I've always loved a challenge.

Have only been a member since September but anytime I'm on the QB I feel as though I'm with good friends. Things are put into perfect perspective and the wisdom and wit are just priceless. One of the nicest things to happen to me in 2011. Happy Holidays to all.

I can't agree more. This board is wonderful...such friendly knowledgeable quilters. I have no close quilting friends so have loved learning all I can here. And learn I have...so many new techniques and so much inspiration. Happy Holidays everyone and hope you New Year is even Happier.
