...and when I mean "stole" I mean she asked me if she could steal it for her MySpace and Facebook and I gave her permission. This is the second time she's liked my work and asked to steal with permission. Personally, Morgan Lander "stealing" my work has been the best thing that's happend to me the past two weeks. So yeah...I'm feeling freaking awesome!

And here's the first one she "stole": http://kamikazecharlotte.deviantart....over-104562913

I don't quite get this. Why is it good that someone is stealing your artwork? Does it get you free publicity that results in sales? Is the person "stealing" your art someone whose name we should recognize?

Have you considered selling your art on one of those design-your-own T-shirt websites?

She's the lead singer of my favorite band, Kittie. She's the blond one in the drawings.

Well, she's not nessicarly stealing it. She did give me credit for it. She just asked if she could use it for a couple of her personal pages. It gives me some publicity because she has a lot of people that go to her MySpace and Facebook, but it doesn't result in sales because I don't sell my art (I have to have PayPal to sell art on deviantart.com and I need a bank account for that and I don't have money to open a bank account). It more about that my idol liked my artwork and personally told me so rather than the publicity...and this is the second time she's complimented me on a piece of my artwork. Its pretty awesome seeing them in her photo galleries...and the latest one is the avatar on her MySpace page now. :)

Okay, got it now. Yes, it's awesome to get recognition from someone you idolize!

If you don't even have enough money to start a bank account, then you really should think about getting some income by selling your work on deviantart.com.

I don't know what terms deviantart.com requires, since I can't find them. (Maybe I'd be able to see them if I registered?) But if all they want is a PayPal account, you can have a PayPal account with no money in it.

Yes, to open a PayPal account, you need a bank account, but do a little research. Many banks and credit unions have free (no fees) checking account programs where you can open an account for as little as $5. Or perhaps you need $25 to open it but you can then withdraw $20 of it and keep a minimum balance of $5.

If you don't have the $5 to start an account with, ask someone you know who admires your work to loan you the $5 and you'll repay them as soon as you make enough to withdraw money from your PayPal account. One $15 sale, and you can pay back the loan.

Of course, I realize I may be sticking my nose into your business and you may not want to do any of that. But your art is good, it would sell, you could make money... and I sure wish I had your talent!

I totally love the Canadian take over! If that was on a shirt, I would totally buy it! LOL!

    You've made my day!
