Will have to run out and buy a box. Don't think I want the deodorant ones for water or wounds though.

In an emergency, I saw a paramedic put a pad (usually used for the same purpose) across the gash on a man's forehead. It is good that we have innovative thinkers to assist us. I actually have the torch he demonstrated as it charges a phone as well. It was only $4 at the supermarket.

I have these in my 1st aid kit. Always have them. Reason WHY. When you get old and have a bad cough. It's called cough and pee.Not fun when you haven't used them (pads in 30 years.)Until now. :-(

Great ideas; I always start getting together things for hurrican season June 1st; at the end of the season, I eat the consumables and replace. Sure is nice not having to run to the store and get in all the crowds. He had some things on his list, though, that I had not thought about and will definitely be adding them to my kit. I really like the Red Cross solar powered radio and will be looking for that!
