We are inundated with tornado warnings in this area. I have water and snacks in the basement ready to go, along with a comforter to cover our heads. But I am out of chocolate! No time to go to the store!!!!

Spent 45 minutes this afternoon in our basement. They had some major damage in Sedalia. Certainly was an interesting afternoon.

I know Memorial Day weekend is a very bad time for tornadoes in this area. I will be glad to get through the next 5 days. I hope everyone remains safe. Please take these warnings seriously. Look what happened in Joplin, and other areas this year. Almost 500 people in the country have been killed so far. That is just too many people.
