Yeah, it's now 5am and I'm thinking I should head to bed for a few hours just so I can make it thru the day without a nap tomorrow. I want to get my days and nights turned back around! But I'm really not sleepy.

Good Morning Ladies. I hadn't really planned to start my day this early, but I'll take advantage of it. I'll visit with the board for awhile until I can have coffee ( I have to wait for 30 minutes after my thyroid meds) then I am working on a quilted tablecloth and I'll get a little more done before getting ready to head in to Roanoke to check on Mom. Sure makes for long days though.

I just got up a few mins ago, maybe others are still sleeping where it's early morning or nighttime.

Good Morning to you. I have a friend that lives in Roanoke, VA.
I was asleep for just a little while. We were having thunder and lightning so I don't sleep very good in storms. Storms are actually fairly rare here luckily.

Good morning from the UK..it's 10.50 am here and I had a lovely lie in until 9.15 for a change as I quite often find myself awake around 4am so know how you feel

Just got that first cup of coffee. Nothing better than that first cup, fixed at home, in your pj's. I saw that we had another aftershock from the Mineral, VA earthquake about 4 hours ago. I didn't feel this one, but I certainly felt the first one and the first aftershock. Everyone have a great day.
