Hi - I haven't been on this board for quite a while. I realized my last posts were when my grandson Henry was born, and he's 8 now and has 7 yr old twin brothers! Quilting and posting has gone by the wayside but look forward to getting back.

Hi! Hey, where in the Villages are you? We just moved down last Aug. My "king" has employment here. I have been trying to get into some of the guilds and all I am told is that everything is filled. I actually brought the long arm down. I don't have any intentions of cutting into anyone's business, the long arm now is just for my own stuff. Such a change from New York!!

I have lived in The Villages for 20 years. Their are so many guilds! I have not heard of any "filled". With an ill DH I am not in one. They are always so friendly and welcoming. You can do what you like with your longarm. Good luck!

Thanks, all, for the welcome back. AnnBQ2 and Scraps, this is an amazing place. Yes, so many guilds. I do not belong to any as I moved here 3-1/2 yrs ago. I seem to have enuf places I "have to be" since I've come here. Please keep in touch.
