    Hello,

I live in North Carolina. I am the wife of a military man and the mother of 3. I am beginning to quilt again after 4 years (I had to stop after my son was diagnosed with autism). I was a beginner then so I'm pretty much starting all over again. I love this website. I'm finding loads of info. I would love a mentor if anybody is interested in helping me start off on the right foot.

    Michele

Hello & Welcome! In a way, we all kinda adopt each other, just post a question, and you will always get a reply.

Hello to all! Thanks for replying.

dkabasketlady: I saw a topic about being "adopted" but it is awfully full. I think I'll just take mygirl66's suggestion and post frequently. I have a feeling I'll become a regular fairly quickly. I bought a book by Harriet Hargrave today. I'm hoping that will help me out too.

It is great to feel so welcomed! Thanks again!
