Hello from nancat in MO
I live, sew and quilt in the Ozarks of Southwest MO. I have been sewing since I was five yrs old
but quilting only since 1993. My main quilting interest is in wearable art. I belong to a very large
quilting guild and am a fairly active member. I am retired so I now have more time to sew and quilt.

Well, my DH insisted that he go with me - he has two broken toes so that was not a good idea. His mother was born in 1898 and he is the youngest of 10 children (he was born in 1940) - so she made many quilts for her family mostly during the depression - so he HATED all of the modern quilts - only remotely liked those made with 30's reproduction prints. But, I LOVED the quilt show and LOVED all of the vendors. I go to Paducah every year (DD lives there) - so this was a "mini" quilt show compared to Paducah.
